How do I book a service?
Find the service, tap “Add”, open your cart and choose an address, date and time. Pay securely online and you get an SMS confirmation straight away.
Which areas do you serve?
Kalaburagi (Gulbarga), Bidar and Yadgir. At checkout you can only pick a pincode we serve; if yours is missing, WhatsApp us.
How are technicians verified?
Every technician registers with ID (Aadhaar, PAN) and bank details, and our team approves them by hand before they get any job.
What is the completion OTP?
When a technician is assigned, you get a 6-digit OTP by SMS (and on your booking page). Share it with the technician only after the job is done to your satisfaction — it closes the job.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. 24+ hours before the booking: full refund. 2–24 hours: 50% refund. Less than 2 hours: no refund. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone to cancel.
How do I pay?
Pay online with UPI, credit/debit card, net banking or wallets through Razorpay — or choose “Pay after service” and pay the technician by cash or UPI when the work is done. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
I live abroad. Can I book for my parents in Kalaburagi?
Yes. Book on this website from any country, enter your family's address and mobile number, and pay online (international cards work when your bank allows them) or let them pay after service. They get the SMS with the technician's name and the OTP; you can follow everything from your account.
How do I track my booking?
Open the app → Bookings. You can see the status, your technician and your completion OTP.
What if the technician does not come?
We will call you to reschedule, or give a full refund in 5–7 working days.
What if more work is needed?
The technician will tell you the extra cost first. Extra work is added only after it is approved.
