Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Visiting Charge: The initial booking amount (e.g., ₹300) is non-refundable if the technician has already been dispatched or cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the scheduled slot.
  • Full Service Cancellation: If cancelled before technician dispatch, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.

2. Cancellation by SDD Home Services

If we cancel your confirmed booking due to technician unavailability or unforeseen issues, you will receive a 100% refund including any visiting charges paid.

3. Refund Eligibility (Post-Visit)

  • No refund will be provided for the visiting charge if the technician has completed inspection or diagnosis.
  • Refunds for incomplete or unsatisfactory services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
