Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Customer
- **Service Fee/Visiting Charge:** The initial amount paid to secure the booking (Visiting Charge, e.g., $\text{Rs } 300$) is generally **non-refundable** if the technician has already been dispatched or if the cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time slot.
- **Full Service Cancellation:** If a full service (non-visiting charge) is booked and cancelled before technician dispatch, a refund may be issued, minus any payment gateway fees.
2. Cancellation by SDD Home Services
If we must cancel your confirmed booking due to technician unavailability, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a **100% refund** of any upfront payments made (including the visiting charge).
3. Refund Eligibility (Post-Visit)
- **No Refund** will be issued for the Visiting Charge if the technician arrives on time and successfully completes the inspection/diagnosis, even if the customer declines the full repair service.
- Refunds for full service failures will be handled on a case-by-case basis, requiring review by the SDD Home Services management team.
4. Refund Processing
